Creating “Der Fun Since ’61” for Wienerschnitzel felt like winning the copywriter lottery: a legacy brand with swagger, the chance to write every jingle from scratch (the actual dream), and a collaboration with the OG animators from Hanna-Barbera, the legends who basically defined Saturday mornings (depending on your age.) We weren’t just polishing lyrics, we were building hooks designed to stick like chili on a dog, crafting music that felt born in 1961 but bold enough to own modern prime time. Sitting with animation icons to finesse comedic timing on lines that started on our laptops was equal parts surreal and awesome. The work honored the brand’s past without getting stuck in it, and proved that fun can be strategic, delivering real financial results, the kind of payoff that makes the punchline even sweeter.
