Wienerschnitzel needed budget-friendly broadcast focused on craveable food and undeniable value, but value alone would not make them memorable. They wanted to be liked, not just noticed. So we built a world people wanted to step into and introduced the Delicious Crew, led by Todd and Lisa, as the friendly faces of the brand. More than recurring characters, they became the hype team for chili dogs and everyday wins, bringing charm and personality to every offer. We also added TDO, The Delicious One, our larger than life mascot who embodied the brand’s flavor and fun. The result was QSR that felt human, playful, and hard to ignore.
